Lohkko Return Policy

General Returns

We strive to ensure a simple and enjoyable shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is new, unused, in original condition, and packaging. Returns must include all parts and accessories.

To start a return, contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Include the RA# on the outside of the package and on your packing slip. Returns without an RA# may face processing delays and a 10% processing fee. Items returned with damage, missing parts, or signs of use may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lohkko is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed. For prepaid gift cards, please retain them to ensure proper credit.

Special Policies

  • Saddles: Must be returned unused and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Use a clean blanket when fitting to avoid marks.

  • Bits: Cannot be returned if placed in a horse’s mouth due to health and legal reasons.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Prescription medications, personalized items, and select products cannot be returned unless due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for assistance with damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
